Darkness all around silence all around not nothing far
From nothing the darkness is:

Warm
Wet
Firm
Alive

The darkness is

a home.

a feeling a drawing up
a feeling a drawing down
an urge to push up
an urge to push down
to stretch
to reach
to rise

(does it seem impossible? Do you feel that you are
already dead? I know this is not true. I KNOW it. Do
you understand? I know you're there. I see you, right
now, from the dark place I see you. Things change.
Things become different. Your time comes whenever
you say it, from the darkness, when your time of saying
I am almost ready to begin is ending and your time of
Saying

Is just begun)

Understanding is not required. Belief is not required.
Knowledge is not required. Hope is not required. A
Cheerful countenance is not required. Vision is not required.

Peace of heart is required

But only for a moment
And then

it breaks through the darkness into the light.
